Over the past few months, I’ve been actively learning, testing, and practicing automation and CRM systems to create practical solutions that simplify business processes and improve lead conversion. I focus on building systems that are easy to use, actionable, and results-driven — even for business owners who aren’t “techy.”

Outside of my systems work, I also operate a nonprofit initiative called Be That Spark, which focuses on empowering individuals and communities through growth-oriented programs. That mission inspires how I approach helping business owners — creating clarity, structure, and sustainable momentum in their businesses.
